Remarks :
I love chemistry so I wanted to further study in chemistry honours in great institute. According to my teacher ravenshaw is one of them so I choose it, now I also admire his suggestion. For taking admission you have to score avarage 90% to study in the university. They selected candidates on the basis of 12th marks.there is no entrance examination for entry of ravenshae.college help us grow in every field.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I love chemistry so I wanted to further study in chemistry honours in great institute.in our chemistry department has 2 smart class room 2 largest class rooms and also 6 labs for practical and 12 open me nded teacher in this department.there are many class tests during periods and semester in every 5 to 6 month and mid sem before 1 month of semester.
Internships Opportunities :
No i didn't do any internship yet but in future i will do. Recently course Collab with college and provide there all courses free for ravenshaw students who attended thire seminar. So I took that seminar as an opportunity in my career and already did 3 courses like email marketing, social media marketing, python programming.
Placement Experience :
In some self finance course provides placement like BBA,the average salary is 16 lakh per annum and 80% get placement.recently Coursera who provide skill development courses came to college. After I graduate i will further study for PG or want to self employed.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Our college take only admission fees 2560 rs which is very minimal with semester form fillup fees upto 600 rs. They don't ask for any other fees. In case of professional courses there will have more admission fees but which is minimal as compared to other colleges. Our fees are also reduced for Sc St students. So they can afford it. We get scholarship from both state and national. They are UG merit or post matric (10000/year up to 3 year ) and nsp scholarship.for sc st students have many other scholarship.
Campus Life :
In ravenshaw scope in every field is available. We celebrate atleast 2 to 3 festivals in every month of odisha and indian festivals likenuakhai bhetgjat, national days,holi, janmastami. This college has a big library named as kanika library with four floor ,two floor is filled with different types of book and also have a e resource . And library has maximum 500 to 600 seats for students in library. There are number club like dancing club, singing, entrepreneur and also various sports activities like basketball, football,tenis, badminton, volleyball and boys and girls gym. All clubs are maintained by both students and teachers.
Hostel Facilities :
In our college re 6 girls and 7 boys hostels. hostel admission take 8500 rs per annum and mess due varies depends on meel number ,so mess due varies from 1800 to 2400rs per month. In these hostel have their own mess ,they provide lunch and dinner. 4 days have nonveg and 2 days have veg meals.In this locality private hostel vroom charge 2200Rs per month .

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
