- The building are very beautiful and aesthetic to look at but the interior structure are not that good.
- The campus life of Jamia is very beautiful. You get to met people from various different backgrounds.
Dislikes
- Well some departments who are self financed they are well maintained where as the departments which are not self financed are in poor condition.
- The food there is very unhygienic. People very likely get sick by eating it, though it tastes very good
Remarks :
When it came to jamia millia islamia there is no need to ask anyone about it because it is already all over the Internet about how good its structure and education is. I chose jamia because is one of the best college in Delhi
Course Curriculum Overview :
The teachers here are best, they are very helpful and knows how to teach and not overburden students. The exams are not that difficult to pass it one pays attention in the class. There are 2 semester each year.
Placement Experience :
There are many placements and internship opportunities given to students of Jamia Millia Islamia. If you are eager enough to approach the faculty yourself then you will for sure get placements within further due.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Per year you have to pay around 7500 and total course for 3 year caused 24000 something which is very less and can be afford by anyone interested. Whereas many universities charges lakhs per year without any proper placement.
Campus Life :
Campus life of jamia is one of it's most beautiful experience, you will see all sort of diversity existing together in harmony. The fest are mostly organised during the month of February and march and during that one after one fest takes place daily. Many popular singers, dancers, comedian etc came to perform and add more colours to the fest. There are many societies run by student in jamia like marksoc, 180degree, girlup etc . They provide students opportunities to met new people, learn new things etc.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated
