Remarks :
Yes, I got into hansraj after giving CUET UG in 2023, and it was quite simple for my batch to operate the portal made for us that gave us the option to give the university the desired college we want by giving them a preference sheet having names of colleges we want.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is quite interesting for someone who loves botany and want to have a good career in this field. Some subjects provided by our college are even interesting to me, as i do not wish to go for a masters degree in botany. I found subjects such as Systematic, genetics very interesting as they allowed me to observe my surroundings and identify the name of the plant just by looking at some external features of the plant. Our faculty is very knowledgeable and are most of them are very disciplined and strict too, they really take their job seriously and teachs very well.
Placement Experience :
There is placements and job opportunities after our course. One can go for masters and then phd and be a professor or can work in various companies that specialize in plant related research and work. Also one can opt for internships which are provided by the university and the colleges themselves, our professors do update us if there is any good internship
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yes, the fees is approximately 29k and it's has been increased from the last year. Last year the fees was about 27k and if i had to detailed fee structure it includes our laboratory charge specifically.
Campus Life :
The life at the campus is normal only as i used to visit the market near my college frequently. But for someone new in delhi or even in north campus, it's a pretty decent place to hangout and have fun, the market offers everything from a good stationeries to shopping outlets and food outlets. The infrastructure of our college is pretty good and it's quite every changing. Right now our old auditorium is getting a complete makeover and the new auditorium is getting ready. There are more than 2 audi in college. The social life is also very good as there is ample amount of societies.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
