- The infrastructure of my college is far better than any other college of DU with a huge campus area
- The faculty is the aspect i like most about my college.Study seems fun when there are supportive and fun loving teachers present.
Dislikes
- The timetable of my course is very hectic.There are back to back classes which are very tiring
- Internet connectivity is one the major issue at my campus that is very upsetting
Remarks :
My college has one of the biggest campus in the entire north campus with a huge sports ground.The physics faculty is also highly qualified.Teachers are very supportive. Their is a major issue of connectivity in my college.CUET UG is the entrance exam to get enrolled in my college. I scored 269/600.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was a non med student. I had option to go for physics , mathematics or chemistry. I was inclined to physics from starting so i went for it. Most of the faculty members are PhD holders from IITs and other well renowned institutions .There were only end sem examinations and they were easy to mederately difficult. PYQ were repeated in most of the exams.
Internships Opportunities :
I am curently in 1st year so i have not got an opportunity for internship yet but my seniors of third and second year are eligible for interships and they also get these.Apart from intership in companies ,thwre are opportunities to work under professors from other institutes.
Placement Experience :
If one is studious and sincere in class, the professors are always willing to give letters of recommendation to them.The professors are very supportive when it comes to internship opportunities.I am not interested in research. I am willing to prepare for civil services.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have paid only Rs19613 for a year including all the expenses .Apart from this i have to only pay examination fees per semester which was around 2k for the first semester. This fees is same for everyone whether he is from any cast background. The fees varies only for PWD students.Yes scholarship is provided by the college
Campus Life :
Mosaic is the annual cultural fest of my college. It is organised in the month of May.The library has alll the facilities there are to offer.There are department teams for each sport and they have their matches frequently. There are a no of societies that are run by students themselves.
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted hostel. The hostel is even not cheaper when compared with room or pg.The hostel is alloted on the basis of merit.There is a reservation in seats of hostel as well.I have rented a room in Vijay Nagar.The college is 10 min walk away from my room.The room is quite affordable when compared to hostel.The fees for hostel for 1 sem is around 48k.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.

talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
