I gave CUET on which i was given preferences by Delhi University then i set my preferences according to the ranking of the college and my college was on 16th rank in NIRF data that's why took admission in it .
My opinion on course curriculum is that Delhi University is doing great for B.A. Programme student as we were getting knowledge widder than the Honours student as we have multiple subject which changes by semester to semester and i got a subject named Digital Empowerment which is so much helpful that the smaller to smaller things are getting revealed to me which is helping me understand social media apps better .
No , i haven't opted for any internship till now but the college internship cell is good and you all could have good internship with good packages in your second year or third one . Also they opened a fresher query desk .
I didn't know much about the campus placements but yes the course which i have been studying in the college is very much salary seeking course and could get a decent 9-5 job with good package . So , choose wisely about the course .
About the fee structure , the fee above mention is of annual basis and it includes all the fee like tuition fee , enrollment fee , facility provided , etc but due to it's a Delhi University college it exclude of Examination conduction fee which have to be payed by ward semesterly to get seat in giving examination . About scholarship i can't tell much but according to my knowledge it is given to ward upon the basis their family belongs and how much family income is .
Generally , the availability of books is good but we have to make sure that the book don't get out of stock to issue because it is obvious that the library couldn't have empty of books for student , It only could have 5-6 copies of each book .
The major locality for nearest to our college is Govind puri . I would recommend if you are from delhi then please travel through metro because PG are not good as the streets were so much narrow that the sunlight don't go inside it and there is so much smell in the PG's .
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
