I have given Cuet exam which is used for admission to Delhi University. In this college, admission is based on your CUET score, and according to my score, I was allotted this college. The infrastructure is good, but some things, like the bathrooms and the canteen, are not that great, which is a common issue in most DU colleges. Talking about the cutoff it is based on your category SC/ST and OBC get more benefits. Along with that your CUET score also matters. I scored around 400, so I got this college. Being in a reserved category has more advantages because many of my friends are from the general category, and even though they scored around 600, they were still allotted this college.
Well, if you appear for CUET, you will have to fill in your preferences. I also did the same, where I chose Political Science, History, and English. Although Political Science was my priority, I got History in this college in the second round. Talking about teaching methods, they are good. Teachers provide notes for everything, and the department is quite good compared to other colleges. Term exams are conducted twice a year, as there are two semesters in a year. At the end of each semester, there are final exams. Apart from that, internal exams are conducted by teachers, which include class tests, presentations, and assignments, all of which carry marks.
It's 13000 approx yearly fees that includes all these tution fee, caution fee etc. There are many scholarship given around 18 scholarship are there for ug program that are given this year in all the du colleges .
The fest season for all DU colleges takes place from February to March. Our library is quite large, and you can find many old books as well as course-related books. It is really good. Talking about sports, the college offers a variety of options, including athletics, kho-kho, volleyball, baseball, boxing, shooting, etc. In terms of extracurricular activities, there are many societies like dance, music, WDC, NCC, and NSS.

IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
