Remarks :
I appeared for CUET UG and had my mind to get into POLITICAL SCIENCE course specifically in delhi university and when i got to know the college I’m allotted is lakshmibai i was happy because the pol science faculty of this college is very very good and when i actually got in and started with my classes i do realise how good my teachers are and I won’t say the same for philosophy its average however the subject is pretty cool I scored around 550 in my cuet and it was calculated thru the du admissions portal according to subject eligibility and cutoff for lakshmibai college for my subject BA in (political science and philosophy) was 490 and second cutoff was 450 and gradually decreased after each round of counselling
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty for political science is really good i must say and commerce faculty is also good if you’re studying hindi in any course you get good teachers here for it too and other subjects have heard are average to good
Internships Opportunities :
No i have not but there are many options that you’ll get once you get in and if your course really requires For internships you’ll get them don’t worry and they are good for you not like any other internships
Placement Experience :
Placements are good if you’re good at what you’re doing but if you go fit better NIRF ranking colleges you’ll get better placements than my college but you’ll a get good starting package then i g you can figure it out on your own
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I’m pursuing BA in political science and philosophy from lakshmibai college and the fee structure is as follows Annual tution fee - 13000 Exam fee -1200 (changes according to subjects) For subjects like bsc lab charges will be taken accordingly
Campus Life :
The fest is not bound to college but DU delhi university organises best of fests and recently javed ali was invited and DU students get free entries so they have to do is register on time given and the science is really good and if students are joining societies in the college then they are gonna be a part of some great seminars with some top educators and famous personals
Hostel Facilities :
No lakshmibai didnt provide hostel facility but you can get good pgs nearby with good facilities like in Shakti Nagar, kamla nagar, roop Nagar and ashok vihar in budget and transportation facilities also you can get like rickshaws Not from college but there are many

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.

talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
