the level test is CUET. once you clear CUET, the university checks your documents and allots you a college based on your cuet score, your board exams have no relation to this. Once you are alloted the college, you pay the fees and become part of that college
the curriculum is based on NEP 2020 which has a lot of benefits for the students. the syllabus is also from Delhi University and generally in JMC the faculty gives you access to at least 3 books for readings
no. the internships are generally open for all courses or for marketing and commerce department. there are various roles which is usually shared in a brochure and google form which can be filled if interested
there is an active placement cell and has companies like Deloitte and the other big four coming to it. PC also offers Internship opportunities occasionally. however the process is quite complex, so students generally prefer outside internship
The average fees of JMC lingers around 20-22K . Additionally the university of delhi provides ample of scholarship for students that has to ve filled within a restricted time limit in your first year. other than that, the college doesn't ask for any money officially but you have to spend for notebooks and stationery
Jmc has a lot of clubs and clubs like MUN, Jmcep , Kahkeshan ,Tarannum has a lot of popularity in DU. These clubs give you a lot of exposure. Other than that JMC organizes a lot of events which is open for all so students always have the option of making new friends. The infrastructure on the other hand, is one of the best of DU
there are no hostel facilities in JMC. however pgs are available within a km radius to jmc. you can choose to either walk or hire an auto(rs.20/ride) to the college. you can chose to rent a flat aswell.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
