- College is little small in size but that's the best university
- Infrastructure is good enough...many labs are there

- Faculty is very helpful and provides a lots of guidance
- Campus Life is great with a lots of good friends and teachers
Remarks :
Firstly it is a government university that's the main reason I choose this university!! No there is not any written test for this university but you have to score good marks in 12th standard at least above 80% if want to get cse and belongs to general category
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because of my parents!! Faculty is very very intelligent teachers they all are phd (doctorate degrees)and gives us guidance..the exams are not too much difficult to solve if one studies well can score gud cgpa
Internships Opportunities :
Yes I had completed an internship in cyber security in nexus security company but off campus. We have projects as subject in every odd semester...for Instance i made a resturant responsive website in my 3rd semester
Placement Experience :
There is no eligibility criteria for placement if you have good skills you will be able to get a job the highest package was 13lakh last year and lowest 3.45lakh around 15 students get placed out of 66 on campus my plan is to study further in abroad
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly the fees is 160000 and there are fully funded scholarships for sc and st students and also scholarships are available for general category students..(in even semester)the total fees for the whole course is around 800000
Campus Life :
Fest are conducted many times in a year but a fixed fest (cultural+technical) always conducted in the month of October! Our library is quite large and have many books..yes there are sports club in our university...yes there are clubs...too
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I love in hostel and hostel food is much better than other mess food especially in private universities...hostel is less expensive..with lots of facilities of common room games available and proper cleaing

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
