- Infrastructure is overall good. There are proper grounds for sports and a sports complex as well. Campus Life is perfect.
Dislikes
- Faculty is okay but not the best as in first year we are mostly taught by assistant professors who are still gaining teaching experience
- Election time of colleges becomes disturbing
Remarks :
North campus Colleges of Delhi University are very popular and these are the dream colleges for most of the students. Ramjas College is one of them, The societies, and facilities make it one of the top colleges. It is also one of the oldest colleges in India as it completed its 100 years in 2017. For taking admission in it , Students have to give CUET exam after 12th. Cut off does not much High for Ramjas College as it goes for colleges like Hindu, St Stephen and Miranda House
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I was a physics enthusiast. In first year most of our teachers are assistant professors and there are more experienced professors as well with experience of more than 15 years . Semester exams occur in a gap of 5 to 6 months.
Internships Opportunities :
One can do internship Internship with top MNC's . Some government bodies ISRO and DRDO also seek undergraduates for internship so updates often come through WhatsApp groups. Internships are not promoted at college level but one can Opt individually for them.
Placement Experience :
As there is not direct recruitment after having a graduation degree in hand but after completing undergraduate degree in physics honours one can complete M.sc and P.hd. Here are some professions after the course Teacher Professor Scientist Researcher One can also give exams like GATE and can get employed in Public sector undertakings under High salary. Some students also prepare for government exams along with their graduation.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fee for B.sc honours in physics from Ramjas College delhi university is 19200 INR , mostly the courses for undegraduation in Ramjas varies around 20000. This fee is for first year, and decreases in next year's by two or three thousand. Examination fee is not included in it, around 2000 rupees students have to pay before semester exams.
Campus Life :
There are a lot of fests and cultural activities in Ramjas College. There are a lot of societies, committees. Fests take place the whole summer , different departments keep their fest of 2 to 3 days on different dates and also all Delhi University students are allowed to visit the cultural fests of other colleges. For example, Ramjas College students can visit Hansraj College, Kirori mal college for enjoying certain fests and events.
Hostel Facilities :
Getting hostel in Delhi University colleges in not easy. Two factors Play a crucial role for getting a hostel. First is, you'll have to get a good score in CUET exam. Second is Distance, The more you live far from the college, the more are your chances of getting a hostel. Hostel of Ramjas College is one of the cheapest hostels among all colleges under university of Delhi.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
