- Campus is small but good nature vibes .most of the time is festive mood and many other extracurricular activities related to sports, arts and academics are held.
- Hospital and garden is renewated recently and it looks good. all the departments are quite supportive during exams .
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is quite old for hostel both for girls and boys.
- Hostel mess food is not much good .you have to search for other options.
Remarks :
Easy and good social living because it is in the city . No group discussion or PI for admissions . May fests and celebrations excited me to join this college . 2nd top college of the Chhattisgarh . Good patient exposure because old hospital.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Mbbs is my dream branch because I want to become a doctor. After seeing a doctor life here at hospital I was right about my choice.faculties here are well qualified and supportive during exams . Term exams are at 3 4 months of intervals in every proff.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not completed my final year but each and every student have to complete 1 year compulsory rotatory intership program in all the departments of hospital for a specific time period after their final year proffs . They work their as intern doctors and also get paid for that.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria - completed mbbs degree for atleast a MO at PHC . OR toh can also be appointed as JR in same or different hospital of the state . placement or job opportunities are decided by government only atleast for 2 years as per bond service signed by you at time of admission.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fees-40000 Others like electricity,hostel, library, etc- 9500 Mess fees - variable depends on different mess charges All my batchmates have same fees. Category students may have some scholarships
Campus Life :
Every year our college fest Rhythm is celebrated (can be in any month) . Other extracurricular activities like online and offline sports, fine arts , debates or extempore or quizzes are also held here .
Hostel Facilities :
I opted for hostel and registration for this is easy . If you don't like it because of old infrastructure you can choose for nearby pg or rooms but it is easy to go to colleges of you live at hostels . Hostel mess food is not much good . Tiffin from outside can be preferred.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
