Remarks :
I had filled the form of this college and I had to given an exam for entrance to get the admission in this college. The name of exam that is to be given for Chandigarh University admission is CUCET. This is conduceted online and you can give the test by your laptop with a proper network or Wifi connection.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum includes 3-4 subjects in every semester. These are considered as main subjects, there are extra subjects like something for doing physically is called as general proficiency. It includes various courses like sports, music, dance, arts etc
Internships Opportunities :
Yes I have done internship but it was from my own, I didn't rely on college for internships. But college gives stipend for about 20000-50, 000 a month which can be good to start your journey. For getting internships it's necessary to get a good project.
Placement Experience :
Placement processes are generally happening in the campus after the second Last sem. The last semester is completely up for placements drives. Companies like zoho, Hcl, cognizant, meesho recruit the students giving the average package of about 5-6 lakhs per annum.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fee structure at my time of the entrance after covid included 90000 of fees per semester or ?180000 in a year but after the scholarship, you could get around upto 90% scholarship. This can make your fees less but you need to maintain this scholarship. Registration or exam fees is 2500 everything is included in this 92500 for complete semester
Campus Life :
The life at campus is good as it contains so many fests in 2-3 months and the social life is also good because there is a lot of crowd and you get to meet many good people. Make group with them and hang out with them, do stuffs like hackathons and projects. One can attend several events as well , university welcomes various artists and celebrities. There are several shows that children take parts into like fashion show or ramp walk. Safety is ensured completely in the hostels and generally students are friendly. The canteen also includes budget friendly things. Every hostel has a tuck shop and a playground to play inside of a hostel. Gym is also there.
Hostel Facilities :
Quality of food is good, there is variety of food items in mess food like Manchurian, fried rice, salad, dal, rice, roti and many more . The registration process is simple, you need to go to CUIMS registration page and choose for hostels in the navigation panel. Select the hostel and register for it. Hostel costs around 1.3lakh an year.

To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
