- The faculty is very interactive and helpful. Campus life is very happening and exciting. The infrastructure is well furnished and equipped with all relevant necessities.
- Overall the experience has been great till now . The study is great , experiences with people from different cultures, countries is a very exciting part.
Dislikes
- I wish more students knew about the course and take interest in it
- The university life is nothing Short of dream
Remarks :
I did give a scholarship test called CUCET and the campus life and opportunities for developing and enhancing different skills and talents made me choose this university. The cultural diversity is very unique and makes the campus very lively
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course has a unique approach and knowledge to it . It allows you to develop a deep knowledge about health and how to enhance it . The faculty and professors are highly qualified and specialized in their teaching area and aspect. Exams are taken every semester and lectures thoroughly cover all the topics of exams so they are logical and easy as long as lectures are clear and the topics are learned
Internships Opportunities :
I have not yet opted , but internships are a mandatory part of the degree, the opportunities are great though and you easily apply for one with the help and guidance of professors and higher faculty also the senior students
Placement Experience :
Students have to complete the degree with internship and the placements are done on the basis of performance and skills of the student . Companies like nestle , Amul and hospitals like fortis, max are one of the major recruiters in my field. Packages can vary on the basis of skill set of the student. Most of the students have secured a good placement soon after completing their degrees. My plans are to further pursue my master's or do specialization in my field of interest.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees of the course per semester is 70000, there are total 8 semester. The fees varies like scholarship for local state students, scholarship based on marks and a specific scholarship test is also there . Full scholarships are provided as well
Campus Life :
The infrastructure is very fascinating and aesthetically pleasing. The campus has a nice energy and vibe . There are various societies based on different cultures and also clubs that take part in different skills and events There is a dedicated place for sports called the sports complex. Cu fest is the major event of university and it's conducted any time from January to March The library are very well equipped with all relevant books and gadgets. The environment is very serene and calm for studying till late
Hostel Facilities :
The hostels are well furnished with every required facility. The food is high quality and hygienic . All safety and hygiene protocols are followed strictly. The hostels are within campus . Hostel are opted through the university website at the time of admission

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
