This was probably the best college I could get at my rank and I would say yes I did a little discussion about weather to take nsut or dtu as I had options for both so it was at the end just basic things like what kind of peer group is in the college and which is more study focused and where it's more about things apart from academics
The course is designed for our branch only like the teachers had option to choose course they want in the branch and apart from electrical we had dsa course as well and cp as well. We bad some course for civil snd mechanical as well in 1st semester for further study
I don't have opted from internship yet as I'm still in first year but I have plans for internship as well in 2d year but I'll take a lot of work yet. There are many companies coming for internship here that convert those offers into ppo as well
Placements and job opportunity are amazing from how far I have heard. I have senior friends who had amazing placement from college and did amazing in life so yeah highest package was around 65 lpa and average was around 12-13 lpa
For me I don't have any scholarship so for first year my fees is 2.45 lakh then every year it increases and in total 4 years the fee that I have to pay is 10.5 lakh snd it's a little bit on a higher side compared to other college but people can get scholarship based on their family income like people can get 100% off on tution fees if family income is less than 2 lpa
Life at the campus is amazing it's just like a roller coaster like soo many things happening at same time and year sometimes things get too much focused about academics during mid sems or end sems exams and that's just a part of life. Even college feels like a home to me now
I don't have hostel. Its like people outside Delhi gets hostel on priority then people having transfer cases then on basis of distance like how far someone lives from the college so yeha my house was a bit far but not much to get hostel
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
