- One thing i really like about here is the positive Vibe from almost everyone nd there is no fringe elements in College that can disrupt the Vibrant environment . And everyone is doin good in their field , A good healthy competition exist btw Batchmates
Dislikes
- I dont like The college infrastructure it really need some renovation specially in Engg. Departments,
- hostel canteens don't offer much mote varieties of items .
Remarks :
I always wanted a CS Branch nd from starting i heard about jamia has a has good Placement Cell nd even faculties are good some IItian too ,In my group everyone first priority was this college Bcs of multiple reason first placement Nd exposure . You have to appear in Mains to qualify for Btech exam nd if u want CS branch You should score around94 percentile in mains
Course Curriculum Overview :
All teacher have PHD nd some fromIIT too they teach you in practical way with real life examples , There is two sessional test in each semester and Two semester in each Session i will say the difficulty level would be 7/10. There is attendance criteria of 75% but each year they relaxed the criteria not sure for upcoming years
Internships Opportunities :
there is no as such internship from College Side but there Are too many groups where we receive almost every week a new internship offer from.private companies Till now i didn't chose any internship but in next session i'll look forward to chose one. JMI organizes events focused on career development.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
first years fees library, Game,Exam and other charges is18000 and then 13800 for the next 3 years so 60,000 for whole program, No it is not increasing For those who got Admission through NRI Quota they Charged Around 1 lakh fees per year There is a govt.Scholarship name NSP but there are more others too which is private.
Campus Life :

There is A form Admin generate every session for hostel first you have to fill it with a charge of 200 nd then you have to give an interview whether you r deserving or not bcs there are not much hostel rooms its like 50% student living outside . 40000 hostel fees including Mess nd Common room Games Charges n all per year

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated
