Very good campus
Remarks :
The campus is very good and environment of the campus is also very good. The minimum attendance is 75% which is a main factor. They also provide TPP course for placement interview which is very helpful for students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is very good for IT sectors. The qualification of the faculty is almost all of the teachers are PHD and having experience more the 3 years. The teaching method is also very good. The term exams are on timely and difficulty level was medium.
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not opted for internship because I have to do Masters I have other plans. But I have done industrial training which is provided by the university and which is very good for learning some new technical skills.
Placement Experience :
Placement is very good in Chandigarh University. Most known companies are here like Google Amazon and Microsoft. Almost 75% of students are getting placements. My plans after getting degree is to do masters.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
50000 per semester and there is no registration fees, lab fees There is a cucet exam for scholarships. They provides a good opportunity for scholarship to all the students. Merit based scholarship is also there.
Campus Life :
CU fest in conducted in February and there is fresher party is also organised. All types of books and journals are provided in library. Air conditioner is available in all classrooms. Sports meetup is also held in all branches.
Hostel Facilities :
No I have not opted for a hostel but the food quality is good and menu is also very good. There are 3,4 and 5 seater rooms are available. The room and PG is also very affordable near campus and having good facilities.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
