- Mess food is the worst thing you get in the hostel.
- There are very restrictions on main gate of the university.
Remarks :
My parents friends suggested me this college.Admission process was mainly based on 12th class marks. interview and written test are necessary for the admission.Based on 12th class marks you can opt the stream.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Overall the course curriculum is very detailed and faculties are very generous and helping If you have any doubt they help in very possible way.And in Library you get plentyof books about the course subject and it help a lot in academics.
Internships Opportunities :
I have done intership at netmax in web development and I learn a lot about web development at netmax teacher there were very supportive and knowledgeable and help me a lot when I was having doubt and they explained every doubt in detailed manner.
Placement Experience :
The highest package offered during placement was 16 lpa and average package is around 4 to 5 lpa.Top recuriters are infosys, Tcs , Justdial , indusland bank etc.Minimum package offered was around 3 lpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Per semester around 65000 thousnad and total of 1 lakh 30 thousand.And students who are ex students of dav school also get 20 percent fees waiver and army personnel students also get 10 percent fees waiver.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is great there are sometimes free lectures and we spend our time very well in free lectures and spend most of time in student centre with friends.there is musics group and many more with enhance our social skills.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel fees vary according to different rooms 3 seaters cost around 85 thousnad and 4 seater room cost around 75 thousand and single seater ac room cost 1 lakh 20 thousand and singel non ac cost 1 lakh per year.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
