I chose beacsue of descent placement records, well-known reputation in my region. I prepared for MHTCET and got this in college. There is no GD and all. But now it Takes their own exam like RUBEE so you can prepare for that.
The curriculum covers core subjects like DS,DBMS,OS and ML and all. but leans more over theory than practical learning. MOst faculty members are well qualified like M.Tech/PHD and all. Exams are held on time, and the difficulty is moderate with proper preparation.
Yeah I had done internship, which I got through my college which was in YCS, I worked about 6 months. I got selected for UI/UX Designer and Frontend Intern, and in that internship I learnt a lot of things like how to work in industry, how to work with team, and how to deal with th teams and do work in certain hard situdaitons. They were really helpful in every terms. Our faculty from which I got this internship, he is also very supportive, they ask from us how is it going and all. It was amazing experience with the whole team.
Opportunities are descent in our campus especailly for CS IT branches. Sometimes there is eligibilty like no backlogs or 80% in 10th and 12th and all. I plan to work in tech industry after graduation and later persue higher studies.
The yearly fees was about 1,60,000 out of which 1,40,000 is the tuition fees and 20,000 is development fees. For students belongs to reserved categories like SC/ST, only the development fees is applicable as their tuition fees is waived off. The total course fees for general category its about 6,40,000 for 4 years. However many shcholarship opportunites are also there, one of the most common is EBC which offers 50% tuiotion fees back.
It is amazing we have facilities like grounds and all, and we have gym in college itself if someone wants to do, so they can do there. And we have many types of clubs and sports and all, like if you have some passion you can follow it, even with your college. That is amaizng part.
All are good, hostel is little bit old building but maintained good, and they are also thinking for new building. And mess is good food provided is good and if someone got sick they also provide home remdeies and all. That I loved the most.
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
The faculty members are supporting but inexperienced the experienced professionals have left the college long time ago. This is one of the old colleges in Pune. The semesters are generally proactive extracurricular activities are less and are given not much priority .
There are the placements are done in the final year of college, You are eligible for the appear in the placements drive you have to score good scores in the semester exams. There are the lowest 3LPA and highest 6LPA packages are offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, BOAT, SBI , Ultra Tech, Mahindra, Capgemini etc. Students have to maintain their SGPA up to 8.0 CGPA.
engineering course curriculum is very old specially for university batch students my batch get admission in 2022 at that our college is not get autonomous status. passing semester exams is little hard in university compare to autonomous batch. faculties teachings methods are very old. And not practical learning provided.
there are lots of mnc company visted college every year, most of companies have there eligiblity criteria is 60% and above overall from 10th, the biggest tech companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, deloitte, infosys, the average package is around 3lpa, every year 50 to 70% students getting placed.
The placements are nice. Majorly Hafiz contractor firm take students. But a lot of firms do come fruit placement. Take interview and hire students. Last year a lot of students got placements based on their portfolios and skills And got salaries ranging from 2,50,000-6,00,000 Annually.
The placement and job opportunities in college is good the MOU's signed by company are good almost 40-50% of college gets placement remaining go for off campus placements there are companies like TCS , Accenture etc
