Remarks :
I wanted to purse my literature Hons degree from a university which is reputed and also helps me to explore my creative freedom so delhi university was the perfect fit for. I choose gargi because it has a well reputed name also the English faculty is in top 5 overall du. I got in this college via cuet i scored 658 and it was my 9th preference i got this in first round.
Course Curriculum Overview :
All teachers of English department including professors and guest professor are nice They know what they're doing. Instead of teaching just from the books they also let the students know the contrast of old literature to today's modern world. Overall there's a friendly mahool.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tution fee per year is of 18,500. Per semester you've to fill the examination form that costs 300/- per subject. Also it varies from semester to semester too. Fees is equal for all. You can scholarship if you are from j&k .
Campus Life :
During the starting of Feburary there's gargi annual fest - reverie. They have a theme every year. The library is huge and very comfortable there's ac provided also specific reading rooms for both teachers Nd student. There are many societies most loved one is kshitiz. Which is famous for their nukaad natak
Hostel Facilities :
There are pgs available in green park, south ex , kalish colony. You can very easily find a accommodation they are atleast 20-30 nearby. But do check for a review before. Food quality is almost same everywhere A normal double sharing pg with ac can cost you around 11k - 13k

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college

Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
