Remarks :
This college is best for many students, because it's located in North campus that is big or developed campus in the delhi university. I preferred that college which has good infrastructure, affordable and famous or well developed crowd. This college has all this qualities , that's why I chose this college. Now I am going to share its bad or good aspects , which are as following:- A).The good qualities of my college are:- 1) Affordable, it contains low budget fee. 2). Infrastructure, it has good infrastructure. 3).Students , students are mature , intelligent and talented here. 4). Placement, here in this college placement cell are good to known. 5).Famous or well known for their sports career. The bas aspects of our college are:- 1) don't have air conditioners in our rooms. 2). Mismanagement in faculty system. 3). Some teachers don't teach seriously. Now, I am sharing you a admission process. If you want to get admission in this then you have to crack cuet examination minimum 800 +
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Bcom (hons) as a course because I want to study commerce line deeply , that's why I chose this. This course is too much famous in the delhi university and have high competition in the same. Bcom(hons) course syllabus also contain some portions of CA student that will help CA students to crack their bcom(hons) degree easily without giving any efforts for it , by the way CA students have to be given their efforts in the internal assessment marks. So , it's all about my perception of my own course. Now I want to share you about the faculty of this commerce department, the faculty of this college are just fine , some teachers are excellent or good to teach their students but some teachers are not good to teach their students well , they just do their job or formality, they don't take classes or teaching seriously. And for my opinion this is not good for the students who prepared themselves for the future. The faculty here are just fine for my perspective or experience.
Internships Opportunities :
No , right now I am not in a internship stage . I am not doing any internship right now. But I am planning to do such internship to get real experience for my future job or career . It's better to get internship in tehe priod of colleges.
Placement Experience :
Now , I am going to discuss about the placement and internship of the college. The eligibility criteria to get placement is required skills or good cgpa in the semesters to get good placement in the campus. The highest package in our college is 22 lakh p.a. and medium package is 5-6 lakh p.a and lowest package is 3 lakh p.a. , this is the data that I known about my college placement. We have great placement cell that is name is ramjas placement cell. It's really helps lots of talented students in our college . If you want to get placement here then you have to do required skills or good percentiles in the semesters examinations. Around 60 to 70% students got placement here in our campus that is good or excellent for the north campus colleges. Right now , I am improving my skills or study to build my career for future. After completing my degree I will go for interview of placement and get some important opportunities. Most reputed companies are coming here for the recruitment process.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The annually fees in my college is around 16,500 rs p.a. and its a govt college so it contain low budget fee as compared to other colleges. My total fee expenses including tuition fee , admission fees , hostel fees and other charges is around 80,000 p.a. that is very affordable as compared to any private colleges. The fees structure on the basis of category wise are as following:- 1) General - 16,800 2).obc - 16700 3).st/sc - 16,500 The above fee structure on the basis of category wise, I just know about this category fees don't know about other category fees(like EWS ,pwd etc). So , this above infrastructure is all about the fee structure. If any student who is unable to pay their fee , then he/she can acquire scholarship from the college, the college or faculty help financial backward students to pay their fees here.The disadvantage to grab scholarship here is the competition to crack scholarship tests , I tried my best to crack scholarship tests but I didn't crack the scholarship
Campus Life :
Our college fest name is "mosaic" and its conducted in the month of February and March. Most of the students enjoy their life in the "mosaic fest"and me also enjoyed this fest this year ????. Now , come to the topic of book availability in the college, so here in the library we can borrow books easily , the library here is big and well developed. We can easily borrow or lend our book here. It's fully acquired with air conditioners . The classrooms in our college is big and have capacity of 50-60 students minimum. The classrooms is large in size but don't have air conditioners. Our college has gym , library, sports ground etc. that is fully free for the college students.There are lots of society here in the college and most of the societies are good or excellent for the students. Students joined lots of society here , this societies helps students to improve their C.V. i joined societies in the college and its really helped me too much too improve my skills and build new friends.
Hostel Facilities :
Our college is fully safe and clean . Hostel are separated with two hostel first is girls hostel and second is boys hostel. Our hostel provide clean and delicious foods for their students. There are various type of foods and their quality are good to eat, only 4 types of food they give dal chawal, roti sabzi and dahi also. It's affordable for the students. Only 8000 rupees p.a. expense held in the hostel. No I didn't rent for the room.overall I just know about the hostel environment and structures only.but yeah there are lots of pgs or rooms in the area of North campus, the pgs or room are very expensive. Most student adjusted the expenses with their friends or students. If any student wants to hostel ,so they have to fill the form of hostel , if that student crack that cutoff then he will be able to get hostel room in the college. It's the procedure to get hostel room in the college. By the way it's better to have hostel as compared to pgs or rooms.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
