- the college campus is in a big area that has different places for recreation and enjoyment.
- college organises many extra curricular events for students .
Dislikes
- the number of students in the college is very high and thus campus feels very crowdy.
- due to more number of students it is difficult to gest good opportunities to everyone .
Remarks :
i chose this college because i got a good scholarship after my cucet exam and this college was performing well and growing fastest as compared to other private universities and there is base marks criteria for admission is specific programs.
Course Curriculum Overview :
i choose my course because of my personal interest in this domain and the college has a good curricullum to teach students a good knowledge of different domains and teaching method of teachers id good and exams are conducted as per schedule.
Internships Opportunities :
i have not opted for internships currently by company provides internships to its students and it may be a paid internship os unpaid but college tries that almost every student must get a internship and have a real world knowledge.
Placement Experience :
basic eligibility criteria for placement is 7.5 cgpa in most of the good jobs but it varies companay to company a few recruiters in the campus were tcs , blinkit , zomato , coding ninjas , etc my plans after getting my degree would be landing on a good job.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the fee for cse program in chandigarh university is 136000 per semester that is about 272000 yearly this is total fee to be paid except 2500 of examination fee that is to be paid every semester and you can avail scholarship by giving scholarship exam of the university that is cucet.
Campus Life :
there are two fests that is tech fest and cu fest , tech fest is conducted in october and cu fest is conducted in january classrooms are good spacious and has ac installed which makes environment faviourable for study.
Hostel Facilities :
food quality of hostel is good and cleanliness is maintained in the mess and a variety of food is served to students on different days ,registration for hostels can be done online and the fee for hostel is 138000 and you can rent a room in kharar if wishing.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
