- The most I like is campus life . Continuous events , fests will always keep you occupied, you won't get bored throughout your semester.
- The infrastructure of Ramjas College is quite good, you won't regret after having a glimpse of this college.
Dislikes
- First thing is the hygine inside canteen, it is the most important thing that every canteen staff should lay their eye on.
- Behaviour of admin office staff is way too cold, they take everything very lighlty.
Remarks :
I was eager to pursue my further graduation from science feild in central level college where I can enjoy my college life with proper time to time studies, that's why I came to Ramjas College based on my seat allocation. Yes I had faced written test to get addmission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I wanted to continue my career in any science feild through which I can enter in upsc ifos exam that's why B.Sc Life Science was a good option to continue my journey. Qualification of all faculty members is quite good , not all but some teachers are really fascinating in context to their teaching methods . In every 5 to 6 months , semester exams happens with easy to moderate level of difficulty.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Registration fees - 300 INR Addmission fees - 1500 INR Tution fees - 16613 INR Examination fees - 1910 Total Tution fees of my SC friend is also 16613 His examination feesh is around 910 INR. I am not that aware about their scholarship or any financial aid from college side.
Campus Life :
If we talk about social life, then you can't expect to feel yourself alone when you are in campus, every single person even if you meet them for first , will behave like your good friend , seniors are like elder siblings and strangers are like lost friend. Fest and events are quite common in our college especially during the month of September, October, November and April , may. Library is packed with all kind of essential books and study materials, classrooms are way too huge with alot of open space and windows, that you won't even feel suffocated inside, presence of natural sunlight and fresh air in many classes. A huge green ground where you can play cricket , football , etc, then there is a sports complex equipped with gym , table tennis room, shooting room, etc . There are many societies run by students themselves like backbeat ( music society) etc.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
