There was no written test, group discussions, interviews before the admissions, it is only on the basis on jee mains rank. Ig the best and main factor why everyone choose this college is placements, which is fairly good here. Some top companies visit this college like google, Microsoft, adobe, etc.
I choose CSE but IT is also a similar branch here compared to CSE in terms of course, placement opportunities, etc. But IT branch has better teachers and is very lenient, many of their classes gets cancelled on a regular basis. They get more time to study. A few teachers are really good and experienced.
I am starting my second year in this college i a month, in these summer vacations i only did one online internship which was provided by the college itself. There were a couple of internships that the college was providing and i am doing one on Generative AI and Prompt Engineering. Other students from different colleges are also allowed to do this internship.
Placements are good here.. but the competition is increasing day by day. The average package is also good.. ig it was around 30LPA last year. The highest package last year was of 1.3Cr but it was an off campus offer. The only best thing in this college is placement opportunities but that also you have to earn by your hardwork.
The first time, you have to pay once a year in the starting of the course in 2-3 quarters like last year first i paid 97-98000 to jac counselling which was directly paid to college then around 49000 after some days. So, this was the total tution fee for the first year, it also has some amount included which is caution fee which is refundable. This fee is for ST category student fee is a litle bit higher for general category students. There are also different scholarships available in college given to the 1st, 2nd topper of all the batches. Also there are other scholarships like from amazon etc.
Fests are organized every year named Tarangana(cultural fest), Innerve(Technical Fest), Synergy (sports fest), etc. Tarangana is a grand fest, reallllyyy enjoyed the tarangana 2025. It is conducted the month February. There is a air-conditioned library here where all the course books are available. There is also a computer library which is also air-conditioned and is open 24/7 which is in the campus but outside the hostel premises so you are allowed to study there in the night too. There are different sports facilities like there is a basketball ground, also a volleyball ground and a badminton court.
The hostel rooms are in good condition. If you are a first year you might get an air-conditioned room at some extra expense like 5000. The food in the mess is okay... but ig better than other college's hostel mess food. Yor can only get hostel if you're of outside Delhi category and your house is not in Delhi- NCR. Hostel rooms are really congested like there are 3-4 students in a room of occupancy of 2 and 6 students in a room occupancy of 4. There are also some PGs in the nearby locality. The hostel is a bit expensive according to the facilities they provide.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.
The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
