- Faculties are well experienced many of them are from IITS and some them are from IISC.
- Campus is very good like 650 acres, everything like gym cricket ground and library are available.
Dislikes
- College main issue is old instrument in labs many computers are not working.
- VSSUT burla is well known for its ragging culture but now day due to strictness nothing is happened.

No,their is not any discussion or written exam for joining the college only JEE rankers can join our college as it is a state government college.REST why I join the college VSSUT is the oldest college in Odisha. Alumini network is very strong, campus is very big 650 acres.Big companies like TATA, JSW, Maruti Suzuki etc comes here for placement.Here placement record is quite good.Faculties are very experienced and completed their PhD from big IITS.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are very experienced many of them are from IITS and some of them are from IISC so they know the curriculum how studies are done in IITs so they teach us like that faculties helps students many event out side india. Academics is very good as odisha's first university our college got many experienced faculties. Many known alumini from provide service in big department of india .
Internships Opportunities :
No I don't join any internship programme till now but I here about that it is quite good .Big companies like TATA Students joins various Companies as a trainee from here. Our clubs like IC - idea and innovation club get sponsership from ISRO which is a big thing by which student get intership from various Companies.
Placement Experience :
Placement and job opportunities are very high in this college big companies like TATA JSW Maruti Suzuki Accenture this year amazon also comes here for placement,like 80-85% students gets their placement rest of them are go for higher studies. In our department electronics and telecommunication out of 160 students 90 students gets their placement in big companies. Average package is 7-8 lakhs per annum.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Their are 2 type one is for regular border and hosteler for regular borders their is no hostel fees but for hosteler 48000/- is the yearly fee for hostel food and bed.Another is TFW means tution fee waiver some extra talented students who scores more in JEE examination they can get tfw course in which 50% of actual fee are waived and their is another course called SSC which is self sustaining course less rankers can get this but they had to give 50% more than regular students.All the courses don't have SSC course some department like CIVIL have SSC course.
Campus Life :
Their are a many clubs students can join like IIC-Idea and innovation cell,Enigma coding club souls-singing club vibranz-dancing club veer racer - F1 racing club veer Racing - off-road vehicle club pixel- photo and video editor club etc are available.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels are very good and newly made so all the facilities are available here like wifi common room library etc. mess food of our mess is balanced not so good like IITs but good . Every Sunday mutton meal and Tuesday Friday chicken meal are given to us. 4 times we get our food one for breakfast lunch snacks and dinner.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Course Curriculum is well structured ,in first year, evry branch subjects are mostly common and from second year onwards they taught branch specific subjects. Faculties are highly educated and they are also clear their engineering from best colleges

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
