- Their attendence criteria of 75 percent.
- we have to attend many classes in a day our class start from 9:30 am to 4:25 pm.
Remarks :
Good aspects of my college: 1. Provide a platform to showcase your skills. 2. Provide hackathons and events on a regular basis without any fees. 3. The infrastructure is too good the classroom have wifi and AC facilities Bad aspects of my college: 1. Many teacher just read the slide then it feels like why I am paying this much if they just want to read the slides. 2. Some teacher won't give you proper clarification why they cut your marks 3. The worst thing is attendence criteria that is 75% if the student fail to meet the required criteria they have to pay around 10000rs to get a chance in next semester to clear that exam 4. They provide leaves also like duty leave 10 per subject and medical leave also. There is no rounds like GD or cut-off you just have to pass the cucet exam of university and that is also easy and the admission process is even more easier everything can be done online .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because I was fascinated by the Websites and app how they work. Talking about faculty some are really talented coming from NIT's and IIT's but there are some teacher also who just read the slide. There are 3 main exam per semester , 2 mid semester exam and 1 end semester exam.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not any internship yet. College provide some internship in 3rd year I have heard about that but not clear. But yes you can get internship from colleges and if you get it from college you will get NOC easily and you just have to give the exam no tension of attendence.
Placement Experience :
Yes, Placement opportunity is there. Many company comes here and most of them come with their on criteria like above 8 some says we want above 80% or 75% in boards. But college have also regulation only TPP opted student can sit in placement drives.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For BE-CSE core the fees per semester when I enrolled in 2024 it was 136000 per semester with 2500 examination fees. For 2025 student the fees is increased by 10000rs for cse ,yes the fees is increasing. The fees structure is: 1. Academic fees (everything , also provide uniform) 2. Security fees - 2000 (Charged once only) 3. Examination fees -2500 (per semester) 4. In 3rd semester you will have to select a training placement program (TPP). In this the college prepare us for placement if the student want to opt for college placement they have to pay 12000 once The scholarship structure 1. Everyone have to give CUCET exam of 1000rs online mode at home scholarship % ranges from 10-50 & 100% scholarship. 2. There is sc/st scholarship also they get 100% free but for some students. 3. Defence personal wards get scholarships 4. The condition is that you have to maintain above 7.5 CGPA.
Campus Life :
The social life is good in my opinion if you are ready to blend with peoples, you will get lots of friends and have a good time with them. Talking about event there will be freshers party, big singer or actor will come. You can see shooting of films and series as well.
Hostel Facilities :
No, I have not opted for the hostel but my friends are also there some in hostel and some in PG. Hostel infrastructure is good and mess food is also good, they provide good menu everyday. PG nearby must have low cost then the hostel but if the student is in hostel they have better protection and regulation.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

Internships Opportunities :
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
