My college experience in Delhi University
Likes
- I like my college but there are something that I like most the first thing is library and second one is cafeteria cafeteria is because you will not face any network issue and Wi-Fi is also available in college
- I also like Gurudwara in my college are used to go there college when I would college it's so relaxing sitting there praying
Dislikes
- Actually I like library but also there is a reason I dislike this because of the network issue there you will get no network there if you want to study something you have connect your phone to Wi-Fi and some of them face problem regarding connecting your phone from Wi-Fi
- Sometime I just hate the infrastructure of my college and how small is my college campus
Remarks :
Because that college get before was so bad I was so traumatize but when I got an update I transfer to Mata sundri College and I am so happy as it is not to far away from my house because where I go first it will take me about 6 are daily travelling which is so headache. To take the admission in DU you have to clear CUET exam if you get required marks like every college have different cut off and if you clear that you will get admission in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Basically I choose course because the future I want for my self is in financial background and it is very helpful for me to have this course actually I am so interesting data analyst and business and someone suggested me to take the schools and I clear my exam and I got to college I got the course. Something I say about teachers Day of so that is in style everything so good they will guide you for your future if you need any help regarding anything they will help you they will show you the path. If you have study for your exam well then I don't think so it is difficult for you and even if you haven study anything you can clear or pass the exam before 3 or 4 day study if you have study pyq very very deeply then you will see the questions were not different.
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven't but I did applied for some internship it was I think for it Google and all it was for free certificate to enhance my resume they give you taste like dating of file or making PPT something regarding a topic.
Placement Experience :
Internship placement job usually for 2nd 3rd or 4th year 1st year do not take participate as they were fresher. Company that come to your college for interviews usually ask some question about your skills your experience if you have done any job before like you know Excel MS word and all for interview. In the highest package I heard is 8 lpa which is quite nice.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For my course I am currently paying 27050 for my course. Another face like registration fee admission fee all it take me about 10000 rupees. If you have any problem regarding fees there is a scholarship from college that you will get you fees back if you have required document.
Campus Life :
Actually I am a student of 1st year so I didn't attend any first till now but there are so many competitions and function happen in college around 4 to 5 in month. And little champion of program we can say also happen weekly. The library section was over it was so quite nice and big you will find every book there like for one book there are around 30 40 writers available.
Hostel Facilities :
I didn't rented a pg but some of my friends live in pg around 10000 for security and rent but they divided the rent among themselves as number of student they live in room. So many banners are outside the college for PG if you need any you can contact them.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
