- Although campus is not big enough but still it has always been an amazing experience spending time with friends discussing and debating on various topics.
- Professors are very enthusiastic towards teaching and they always encourage students to participate in class.
Dislikes
- Maybe it's the small size of college campus.
- University administration is very lazy towards providing sports facilities.
Remarks :
I read various articles about best university providing a bachelors degree in English hons and got to know about Ambedkar university Delhi. Only My CUET Enterance exam marks were considered for admission into my desired course.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was always interested into reading novels and poems. Moreover, i also wanted to become a good writer. While choosing my graduation subject i took these things into consideration and opted for English hons. Terms exmas were time and papers are desined in a way that requires students to read literature texts carefully. Talking about fee policy, it is very less for Sc, ST and students belonging to weaker section.
Internships Opportunities :
No, i haven't opted for any internship yet so i'm not the Right person to write on this. However i'm planning to do an internship with government ministeries in final year of degree. I'll surely opt for a paid internship.
Placement Experience :
Being an English hons student, i don't expect any campus placement. I'm interested into Serving into government jobs. So, i will prepare for government jobs after graduation. I will also opt for off placement.
Campus Life :
One thing which i don't like much about our campus is that it is very small. Actually, my university shared it's ground with an another university IGDTUW and because of only that students fits in the campus. There is no facility of hostel for boys, only girls have this facility. Talking about Food in campus, we have two hygienic canteens which provides food items at low rates.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.

talking about placement opportunities many companies come to campus including google microsoft to core companies like texas instruments and bajaj giving a decent job opportunity. each one with a cgpa of more than 7 easily grasp job with pay of more than 12 lpa and people with decent cgpa of more than 8 grasp top jobs in the campus
