as the college was near my home I opted for Jamia also it's one of the top universities in Delhi so definitely a win-win, i didn't face any group discussion or interview only had to give a CUET entrance and I prepared for the exam by self-study
I chose this course because I was interested in learning the language and culture of Turkiye. The faculty is quite great and offers many other languages although they don't offer MA in Turkish. The teachers are understanding and friendly but I wish that there were more speaking activities rather than sticking to the syllabus. The term exams happen twice a year including mid-semester internal tests and they are quite easy if one studies properly. the fee and cost of study is very affordable here Turkish students are also provided an international scholarship to study in Türkiye.
no, i haven't ever opted for any kind of internship as I am not a job seeker for now but will look forward to any opportunities coming my way our college does offer internship opportunities which I am not much aware of but it is available
2-3 year students can apply for job placements. the highest package was 60k per month and the average was 30-40k 60% of students get placement although I am not a job seeker so that's not my plan, I am only learning for my interest
many fests are happening around Feb-march organized by different departments which everyone can join. the availability of books is great in the Library. You can find many books. For the sports and extracurricular activities there are many options to choose from and one can play on a national level too there are 3 social groups run by the students like e-cell JMI etc .The food quality and menu of the hostel is very average not much to expect. it's hard to get enrolled in a hostel and the fees are quite affordable
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
