- What I like about the college is its culture and environment. There is always something going on in the college which make it so lively.
- What is like about faculty is the they are well qualified and they are very supportive. The guide us in every situation.
- What I like about about infrastructure is that the hostel and classes are near . So it becomes very easy and fast to go from hostel to classes.
Dislikes
- What I dislike about campus life is that is temporary so it is small due to which it does not have proper facilities
- What I dislike about college is that there is 75 percent attendance criteria due to which it becomes very important to maintain the attendance.
Remarks :
I choose this college because it is an institute of national importance. Nit has its own brand value which give it an edge over others.It is situated in a hilly area covered with beautiful scenery. The weather is good. I got this college through jee mains. I got 95.91 percentile in jee mains.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties are good. They are highly qualified. Most of them are professors or assistant professors. All of them are from reputed institutes like iits. Their teaching method is also good. They are also cooperative. Exams take place timely according to the academic calendar. Students whose family income is below 1 lakh per annum they get full tution fee remission and whose family income is between 1 and 5 lakh per annum they get two third tution fee remission. There are also various scholarships like nsp, reliance foundation etc. The hostel and mess fees is ?31375 per semester .
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent.On campus placement take place in which various companies like tcs, Mahindra,etc visit the college and hore students . Eligibility criteria depends on the companies.Cse placements are good. They have an average package of 14lpa. And the overall package is 8-9 lpa.
Campus Life :
The campus is not that good because it is a temporary campus so it is small. New campus is also in construction. There are various clubs in the college like technical,sports, photography,literary,poetry etc. Various events are organised by college regularly like garba night , Ganesh chaturthi, dj night , sports competition etc. Techfest is also conducted which is called Prodyogeeky in which various events take place like robowar,bridge designing ,hackathon and a lot more. Other colleges are also invited.Inter nit sports also take place in which nits compete with each other. There is also a library in which there are many books which students can issue . New hostels are also constructed which are good. Mess food is also decent. Hostel and mess fees is ?31375 per semester .

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
