- college infrastructure is so bad as compare to other college and it is the oldest college of whole Delhi university
- The area where the college situated is not safe and so dirty
Remarks :
when I over with the 12th boards exams from the CBSE board I start preparing for CUET which is COMMON UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE TEST. In this test all universities are included for getting admission of students in their dream colleges. CUET launched in 2022 and mine was in 2023. In both these years it was held in CBT mode which is computer based test but from 2024 onwards it is held in both CBT and on the OMR sheets. There is no Group Discussions Interviews you just have to give this entrance test. Then after many weeks you will be asked to fill preference sheet of your choice according to your required courses which comes in PHASE 2 of this CUET which is actually a game changer. After all the normalization you have to fill these preference sheet and when the result come you will be notified which college or course you are lying in university will give you that. The game changer is that the preference you will get after the all the preferences which you filled will not be considered.
Course Curriculum Overview :
If you talk about DELHI UNIVERSITY it is not costly but it is affordable so if your are taking any course in Delhi university it will be affordable except in North campus colleges, in this area colleges are of top level like SRCC , MIRANDA HOUSE, KMC, RAMJAS and many more you can google it. In these colleges may be the fees is high up to 50000 RS not in lakhs obviously which charge in lakhs if you go to any private universities. OKAY if you talk about course the courses are good and have value and course matter more than college so if you are someone who are not getting the college which is not great in DU but you are offering your desired course just take admission in that college do not think. Teachers are also good obviously everyone is not good there are teachers their way of teaching not good. If you find your fees expensive DU released the form for scholarships also like if your income is 800000 per annum you can fill that but if not you cannot. Exams are always on time.
Internships Opportunities :
As of now I don't opt for any internship opportunities but I am a member in the commerce society of my college in the PR department. The internship opportunities are available in my college it depends on you whether you want to take as of now or not.
Placement Experience :
In north and south campus colleges the placements are pretty much good. In off campus colleges the placements are not that good like their average package is not that much as compare to other campuses. In these colleges placement fair takes place where you can go and apply and learn and collect knowledge.
Campus Life :
Every college has societies and clubs where students can join these societies and can upgrade their skills and their CVs and resumes. In my college. In my college the fest named ZEENAT'24 on 21 and 22 February by the student council member where stalls are there and artists were called to perform. Every college has its fests. The fests season starts from FEBRUARY and goes to APRIL. I have not opted for any hostel or PG as I go by metro and do the up down. but my friends are there who stay in PGS. Obviously their food is the main issue which everyone faces. The best PGS are available in NORTH CAMPUS or GTB or HUDSON LANE. obviously their rents are high and provide food.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
