Remarks :
I have appeared in clat 2023 and got a rank of 3911. I ever wanted to be a lawyer earlier because its sophistication fascinated me a lot but now this national law university taught me a lot more about the field and its functioning. I am looking forward to completing 3 more years of upcoming joy in learning ‘a law’ and ‘the law’ in this beautiful university located at Shimla.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The professors here are well qualified from well known law universities and national law universities and have and have experience of good teaching, little issue is about fees i.e 3 lakh something additional to mess charges which is a lot for government universities but you get privilege of tag NLU.
Internships Opportunities :
Legal intern at SS nayak and company under Dushyant nayak who is a lawyer of delhi high court and supreme court. As an analyst at information bureau chandigarh. I have also worked as trainee in state legal service authority jaipur
Placement Experience :
You get placement in law firms of two and three tier, very limited 1 tier also. Many students get ppo based on their internship certificates and that is a leverage for you if you a student of any law university
Campus Life :
Hostels are under construction in campus since it is located in foothills of Himalayas so it is bot easy to make and given hostels are rented and are of decent quality you get personal washroom in two sharing or three sharing room with geyser facilities. Ac are not here since you have no need and you get to see a good landscape. College is great and campus life is good too.

placement are good many cse students have package in crores i think cse nad ece branch is good but other branch package is around 10 lakh if i would suggest students i suggest go for cse or ece branch because in the era of artificial intelligence nad machine learning these two branches are booming and the package are also best in these branches you can also try for gate exam after the civil mechanical or electrical you can get jib in public plus private jobs
