i chose this college because it had a beautiful campus and a very interesting and engagingly active social life on campus. This college had a lot of societies and has a good reputation which helped me chose it. The degree of graduation from NSUT is valued after graduation which will in turn help in placements.
the course curriculum is very vast and it helps the students not only to grow academically but also practically. the overall curriculum is nice but the only problem that i am facing right now is with the study material. we are not provided with any rigid study material as of now except for some ppts and pdfs which sometimes are not sufficient to prepare for the exams. the faculty is very supportive. the institute is very strict for the attendance but overall it’s nice to have a little balance of discipline along with fun
yes i have currently opted for a summer internship on campus with interns elite. it is a great opportunity that is being provided to students. there were many other companies that came to our campus for summer internships and many of my friends have joined them.
the placement cell is not so developed as of now because the course was introduced recently only but it is improving since then. till you all will be graduated the placement cell will be much stronger and will have a lot more options. as of now we still get great opportunities for summer internships as well as placements.
i have not opted for a hostel and am a day scholar but the campus life so happening and eventful. something or the other keeps happening regularly. if it’s the dj night, moksha, rezo, ethnic day, freshers week, garba night and many more but the campus life gives you exposure to great heights.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
