Likes
- There time table because it suits me. I am from evening college so my class starts from 1 pm.
- They have good amenities like library and canteen with cleanliness as well. Computer labs are also good. If you want you can issue laptop as well from the college
Dislikes
- There class cancellation rule. Classes are cancelled on the last moment when we reach the college gate. We are not informed about it before
- The infrastructure and maintenance of classroom is zero. Walls are broken, AC is giving warm air, the white board has turned black and many more infrastructure problem
Remarks :
I got this college on the basis of my CUET UG 2023 score which was 630 and my du preference list. For CUET you should have your basics strong and a strong decision making mind. The college is overall decent.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I am admitted in NEP UGCF. So my course is pretty good. Under NEP you get opportunity to learn beyond your stream like if you are in commerce you can opt for a subject in Political science or any other if you want. You will also get familiar with new subjects like social media marketing, Influencer marketing etc
Internships Opportunities :
No, not yet but soon. Now I am working on my skills myself to gain some knowledge. The college does provide some internship but I don't follow it much because mostly they are unpaid. But soon going to start my corporate journey as well.
Placement Experience :
There is a placement cell which is not that active but do provide some internships. The highest package till date is 9 lpa. I have planned to start my corporate journey soon maybe from early 3rd year not from the college but will do it myself.
Campus Life :
The campus of our college is decent. They have a new building which will soon get functional. The overall campus is good. The classrooms are not maintained upto that level. The library is decent. There are societies which are semi functional. There are no hostels. Our fest is conducted every year. It's name is ZEENAT.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
