- Faculty- It is at par and excellent with good knowledge about all the fundamentals with a very sweet gesture.
- Campus Life is great, you will get the chance to experience all the fun and dilemmas too. Overall it's great to be here.
Dislikes
- Some infrastructure work is still pending and the hostel seats are very less and restricted.
Remarks :
Ramajs College is a famous Delhi University college located in North Campus. The academic excellence and great Political Science department led me to choose Ramjas. I only had to take the CUET examination conducted by NTA and then after filling out the DU registration form, I got Ramjas.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Political Science Hons is considered as the topmost course with a very high cutoff in all premier North campus colleges, in Ramjas the Political Science faculty is cooperating and very interactive. Most of the professors are great who help you even personally to reduce your fear and doubts. Semester exams were easy, anyone can score good marks by studying 1 month before the exams. The fees of Ramjas College is very low as compared to other colleges and it is mostly stagnant.
Placement Experience :
Ramjas has an active placement cell providing good packages to graduates, especially B.com and English Hons students who are placed with an average 12 LPA. The companies which heir are Tata, Deloitte, Bajaj, Finserv, etc.
Campus Life :
The crowd and life at DU and Ramjas is very unique with complete exposure and new experiences. Societies are very active in Ramajs such as the debating society, dance society, drama society, and others. The infrastructure is more than average recently renovation work is going on and beautification is at pace. The library has all the books, with two sports grounds and an online portal to access everything. The hostel has limited seats and good CUET marks are required, the hostel cost is around 40,000 per semester.

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
