- The college is very chill and the placement rate is very high and apart from that we have a good infrastructure and faculty.
- There are many societies for students in the college which helps us as a stress buster.
Dislikes
- The campus area is really small and the canteen is not well built.
- The strict attendance policy is somewhat annoying .
Remarks :
The admissions were purely based on our JEE MAINS rank and for taking admission in this college you'll have to register in ipu counselling. This college has a very experienced faculty and the location is also a plus point . The college has a well maintained infrastructure and there are many societies for students . Apart from this admissions are also done through Management quota . There are no written test required. The JEE MAINS rank is what matters .
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty is highly experienced and knowledgeable. I choose this course because of my inclination towards the electrical engineering. There is a mid sem exam of 30 marks and after that the end semester exam of 80 marks . The exams are quite difficult and requires good practice. There is very less fee hike and the whole course costs around 6.5 lakhs. There are need based scholarships as well as merit based scholarships.
Internships Opportunities :
As of now i haven't opted for any internship but our college provides many internship in 5th semester with or without stipend. There are paid internship also available for students of the core branches .
Placement Experience :
There are certain eligibility criteria based on different roles . Tech giants such as Google, Adobe , GS , Tech Mahindra visits our college for recruitment and apart from that around 150+ companies also hires from our college. The highest package was of 13 lpa from eee branch and 1.7 cr for ece and IT branch . There is 90% placement rate. I'm looking forward to higher studies after completion of my degree.
Campus Life :
There is a technical fest (Envasage) and a cultural fest (Avensies ) which is organised in February. Apart from that sports day , annual day and many more events are frequently organised in our college. The Library is quite huge and well maintained and contains good amount of books and journals. There are many societies for students in the college. There are 2 hostels and are quite affordable . Apart from that due to a good locality there are a large number of PGs available nearby.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!

du sol provides placement in news 18, aaj tak and job opportunities as according to the course of student pursuing. just visit to du sol north campus head quarter ask for the facility they will provide . bad thing is they dont provide on regular basis.

The placement cell is quite active. There are always placement and internship fairs every year and even other college students can join them. The placement recruiters are from top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, EY, etc. Although, not every one gets in these companies but then, there are other companies as well like Finshots, Voice Your Vichaar, etc. The average package is 3LPA and highest package is 8LPA.
