Remarks :
I have prepared for JEE MAINS from Allen Carrier Institute to get admission to this college. I opt this college because of the good placement. One of the other factors is the top NIRF ranking of this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I just want to get in top NITs. That was the main reason behind choosing this course. Most of the professors have PhD from top IITs and foreign universities. There are two quizzes mid-semester and end-semester. If your family income is below 5 lakh per annum then your college fee for the whole course is 6 lakh. If your family income is below 1 lakh per annum then it is 4 lakh for the whole course.
Internships Opportunities :
NO, I haven't gotten an internship yet as I was in my second year and the internship season starts at the beginning of the third year. Top tech companies like Google and Microsoft visit here with stipends ranging from 1.5 lakh per month to 50k per month.
Placement Experience :
There is a very good placement at NITK. More than 90% of students get placement here. Most of the top companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc. The highest package is 57 lakh per annum. The average package is 20 lakh per annum.
Campus Life :
There is a huge fest in NITK Surathkal. The fest is usually in the even semester. There are central library as well as an e-library. The library has a wide range of books. There is also a study room. The hostel rooms are pretty good. The mess food is not so good.

There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.

Eligibility for the placements is 7+ cgpa if you have higher cgpa higher the chances of you getting shortlisted for the interview and it will be easy for you Recuriters visited Cisco,Visa,Emerson,NetApp and many more for the internships and full time Highest package is 56 LPA and average package will be around 10 LPA for the computer science and Engineering for other branches it may vary
