- Campus life is good as other co working space and good food outlets are available.
- Infrastructure is improving day and day and is quite good .
Dislikes
- No good outlet or place outside campus .
- Faculty teaching methodology can be improved
Remarks :
For this we have to give a exam called JEE and that has two levels first is JEE mains and jee advanced you have to clear jee advanced in order to get into IIT.and because of my rank I was getting this best option so I chose this instead of other college
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because I had little bit interest in this and I was getting best option as this based on my rank so I chose this .Faculty are quite experience but teaching methodology is not upto the mark. There are two exams in a semester ie mid sem and end semester that occurs in the gap of 2 months
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not opted for internship as internship session begins from 3rd year and I am currently in 2nd Year so I am not eligible for that I would be eligible from next year to sir for internship and placements.
Placement Experience :
Internship and placements statements are quite good as compared to other colleges as many companies come for on campus internship and placements. Eligibility criteria depend on the company what it want to put. .highest package is 2 Cr for quantities finance and average is 12lpa overall . Almost 70 percent student get placed . I would sit for placements
Campus Life :
Campus life is too good. Like you can roam with your friends and there are various places near Roorkee that you can visit with your friends during campus. There are 2 major fests conducted in a year i.e Thomso and Cogni. Thomso is cultural fest and which is also one of the biggest north east fest where Cogni i.e Cognizance which is Technical fest and has major tech activities. There are various books available in libraries. Classroom has AC installed and projector are there. Sports facilities are too good , you will find almost every sports facility is there. There are almost 23 tech clubs ,10-15 cult clubs and some social clubs . All the clubs are managed by students only and have a faculty advisor above them for smooth functioning. Food is just eatable .

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
