Likes
- I like the opening section of campus, with trees and other attractions.
- Faculties are good and have a space for students (it’s just for me and not I didn’t mean for whole.). Some more programmes should be added to get a better campus life
Dislikes
- Infastructure should grow much more because it is a most wanted factor for NAAC A++ accredited college, also it should be adjustable with the weather( mainly the issues with hot). Faculties are doing great job and the students have a space to express their own way of study.
- Campus life is not exactly good but it is cool . Coordination of some more programmes and events can make a change and also the students want to express their views for the development.
Remarks :
I have passed the written test under cuet.I made a hurry preparation for the exam and i scored 141 marks . I believed that the infrastructure and atmosphere are good for me to study,also it’s a privilege to have a central university certificate. Now the university earned NAAC A++ grade . Better examination conduction, considerable manner are making the campus well.However need to improve in different aspects
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose English because of my interest in the language and i want to become a professor. Our faculties are really nice and they have doctorine degrees and literary works as their own.There are two exams are conducting as internal examinations and the difficulty level is comparatively not too hard.Semester fee is more than 3600 and which may be rise around 5000, which is comparatively affordable
Internships Opportunities :
I didn’t opt anything like that. I have some plans to teach in private colleges and thereafter government colleges. A Central university professor have an attracting salary and their working time is not much difficult
Placement Experience :
After completing the course i have a plan to be a professor. It’s not a simple task but first of all i will start my career by teaching students in private colleges. Our university has a site and there the students can apply for placement . However I haven’t any idea about the companies and offers. It’s pretty sure that after masters, i can earn more than 20000.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is not too good but it’s cool.There is not any specific fest is conducting which is timely based upon the moods, i guess. There was an event for NAAC peer team which was good. The central library contains a collections of various academic matters and other interesting factors,which is good but some more books are needed for informative studies. They are not prioritise on the need of football in campus. Also, there is a domination of a group of students in sports grounds. Implementation of Yoga was a great decision. However the university gym is pathetic with old machines. There is a music band in the name of ggu and also an actor’s club. Hostel food is completely vegetarian and the menu contains the wanted nutritive things. However the money is comparatively higher than the outer PGs.Moreover, it’s difficult for the girls who wants to enter the PG early.

I choose Mechanical Engineering as my course here, as i am interested in Automotive, and also this institute is near my home town. There are permanent faculty members present in institute. There is not much placement opportunities for the students of biotechnology compared to the students of b.tech. basically the placement is based on a merit list so not All students are benefited with this kind of placements only the students who wear like gold medalist where awarded this placement. For the the students in the BTech where awarded with better job opportunities and placement.

According to Nirf reports 2023 , 13 ug(3, yr), 123 uh(4yr),1ug (5 yr) ,115pg (2yrs) and 38pg(3yr) students are placed and median package offered is INR 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa, int 4 lpa, inr 3 lpa and inr 2.45 lpa .

Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
