- Placement: Students are eligible for campus placements from the 7th Sem onwards. Companies such as TCS, Wipro, etc are visiting and around 60% are hired each year.
- Faculty: Faculty is qualified with PHD and masters in several subject according to the interest. The teachers are quite friendly and approachable they help you even after college but could be better anyday as compared to others. Their should be practical labs and students should have a practical approach towards the subject.
Dislikes
- Campus Life :College has hostel facilities for boys and girls within the campus. There are separate buildings for male and female students which have basic amenities like a bed, table, almirah, chair, etc. The number of beds in each hostel is 60 ad the allocation is based on a merit cum distance basis. The hostels have a mess but the food is not liked very much by the students
- Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. Classrooms have proper furniture and well maintained and well structured. The college building is extremely impressive and mind blowing but in rainy days water spread all ground and drainage system is not good.
Remarks :
This college provides proper training for placement. Group discussion, PPT, and interview for MnC. Many MNCs are visite here for placement. I prepared all rounds under teacher and alumni guidance. This university takes an admission test and that's candidates who qualify for this test who are eligible for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Teachers and staff members help a lot during the exams. They help with extra classes and group study. They organize the programs regarding the syllabus. Semester exams are always easy with the help of college administration. The college has a dedicated job placement cell that works towards organizing placement drives on campus. The main objective of this cell is to ensure that students are provided with ample job opportunities once they complete their academic studies. Every year, both Indian and multinational companies participate in College placements and select eligible students. The college provided good infrastructure good campus, the best hostel facilities good staff, and experienced teachers. well-developed college, all facilities are outstanding here. You will get to connect with multiple disciplinary departments. The campus is good with all facilities available for the students.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I opted internship at Amazon as a web security. Amazing experience and great knowledge provide that company. This company gives me a stipend of 18000 per month. My project was web security and cybercrime.
Placement Experience :
The university offers placement assistance to students. The Training & Placement Cell invites experts from the industry regularly to provide information to students on the current requirements of the industry, and employment trends. The university also conducts mock interviews, and GDs and provides soft skills training. Some of the recruiters of the University are HCL, Wipro, HDFC Life, Decathlon, Tech Mahindra, Adobe, Crowe, DeltaX, etc.
Campus Life :
The infrastructure is amazing with very much greenery, a very pure, and a good campus environment. The campus is very helpful and supportive. The library is not big but the environment of the library is very good. The hostel provides good facilities with lights, fans, windows, a balcony, etc. good meals with different types of tiffins and curries every day. medical facilities as well as security is available

Placement Experience :
Placenta for whole college is going on good not ver best coz of recession but yeah core branches placements are nice specially metallurgy and chemical branch . our branch average package previous year is 8.7 lac and for this year it is 8.3 lack almost all are placed. For cse and IT branch placement is not going well as I said before due to recession . over all.avg pckg of nit raipur is 9.5 lac gor all branch.

If you are from top branches like CSE, IT then you'll numbers of internship oppurtinities but for lower branches the intership oppurtinities are less. Mostly all the student get placed through campus placement but someone left the can try offcampus oppurtinities.

From the 5th semester students become eligible for internship and from starting of 4th year companies start on campus recruitment process . Top companies visited Nit Raipur for placements are Google, Adobe, Microsoft, Samsung, Arcisium, Phonepe etc. Highest package offered was 55 lacs per annum. and for IT branch Average package was 18.11 lacs per annum.
