- The faculty are all well educated and friendly in nature which adds on to education and personality development of the students
- The environment is very convenient as all the individuals come there after clearing the jee mains examination
Dislikes
- The campus is a bit too small as compared to other nits
- The area is a little less developed and it has less no. of places to hang out
Remarks :
The college is an NIT . And besides having less area the conditions have improved recently and the professors are always high grades. The placement and internships offered are quite decent and good for all. It is a college of national importance and hence it is quite good in its curriculum yet the campus is a bit small as it is temporary
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties are all highly qualified individuals mainly qualified from big colleges such as IITs . The course curriculum is student-friendly and on par with all the national colleges to the best of my knowledge. The fees for the whole course are average as for BTech courses everywhere but the scholarship based on income is huge. Below 5 lakhs the yearly tution fee is 80000 Below 1 lakh family income the tuition fee goes as low as 16000 for the whole year
Placement Experience :
The package is decent The average package for all 5 branches is 1100000 The placement ratio is almost 75% I don't have much idea yet as I just completed my 1st year in the college but it is an NIT and it has a good overall package.
Campus Life :
The campus is small but this can also work in your favour as it helps in interaction amongst people and social behaviour is developed due to regular interactions There are a lot of clubs the cultural and fine arts club Technical club Literary club Etc. as in most colleges All these have their own Instagram pages . The food quality is average the cost of mess+hostel for 1 sem is 32000 The hostels are mostly of 3 sharing.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

Agriculture department is all about Internships and we have good collaborations with various institutions and training labs for polishing the hands on practical. The college provide good opportunities of works. The departments like AME, BCA, IT, BHM has good placement record.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions
