- The knowledge of professor are not too good and also in the campus Max are contract basis teacher.
- The infrastructure is good but there are lot's of facilities missing.
Dislikes
- The guest faculty are unaware about Hindi language they always want to speak Punjabi.
- Infrastructure is some time fits good and sometimes it looks like very small institute
Remarks :
It is a state government college. The infrastructure is also good and The placement is also good I don't face any interviews or tests my admission is done through Jee mains rank. Also, no group discussion was held.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The overall course curriculum was not too good, If we talk about faculties there are only a few permanent professors otherwise all are on a contract basis. The teachers who are on a contract basis are unable to teach. Yeah if u are in the top position then the 25% fee will be reduced.
Internships Opportunities :
There is no any internship provided by the college. We have to labour hard to take internships as well as fixed jobs. And also no any training provided by the government they said u have to yourself. There are two projects which will be fun.
Placement Experience :
The overall placement scenario is not too good only a few companies come to college. only Zscaler is who comes to our college for placement which provides CTC above about 18lpa other no and company comes to our college and provides this type of placement.
Campus Life :
Life on the campus was not good because there were no clubs on campus and also the major factor was that no any tech fest or any type of program would be held on campus. The language in the whole campus was Punjabi

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
