- The college faculty is one of the best both helpful and kind. Always there to support.
- Infrastructure and locality of the campus is the best in between hills.
Dislikes
- The crowd is the thing which I don’t like much but its tolerable.
- Secondly the time intervals between classes! Suppose if one class is at 9am the other might be at 1 pm as experienced by me atleast in my course.
Remarks :
It is one of the best colleges in Dehradun. Since I didn’t want to go anywhere out of Dehradun so finally chose UPES, apart from that my senior friends were also already there, and they had good reviews about the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This course is a 5 year integrated course and the best thing about UPES is its faculty, UPES has the best faculty on its campus which are helpful and kind. UPES gives scholarships on a performance basis!
Internships Opportunities :
UPES Dehradun has an internship program for first-year students called Srijan. Srijan social internship is a social internship that one needs to complete in his summer break and then the student is evaluated further.
Placement Experience :
This university says that it has a lifetime placement assistant. And has a good package as compared to other universities, it has tie-ups with Microsoft, IBM, and other well-known giants which take over various students from here.
Campus Life :
UPES is situated between the hills of Mussoorie and has the best infrastructure and views from each classroom, and the best state of art facilities it has, UPES is famous for its location and surroundings.

Placement Experience :
Companies do come here for placements and many students get placed as well but there's always the student factor as not everyone deserves to be placed either. My seniors are getting placed at 8.7 to 40 lpa specially the mba courses are getting placed higher.

the placement support at DBS has been one of the best strongest aspects of my experience. the university regularly organized internship and live project, mock interview, aptitude training and industry interaction to prepare students for placements.
Underrated university for pursuing Management courses
Placement Experience :
To sit for placements, the students have to be in 3 semester. Few famous companies that came in for placements are HCL, Tech Mahindra, ICICI, ANZ, Infosys, Wipro, etc. The highest package this year went up to 40 LPA and average package was 8.7 LPA. Around 95% of students got placed this year. For me I want to work in corporate for a few years then I want to pursue my PHD side by side.

College have decent placement percentage which is ofcourse higher than other local colleges near by.Our college have avg package around 6LPA and every year big companies like TCS visit our college for recruitment offering good packages.

I am preparing for other services currently but yes the college do provide good opportunities for future, even the college has good record in placement for AME, BHM, BCA, PHARMACY courses. Majority of students apply for further studies in our course.

I would say the college really provides wide opportunities to the specialization courses, as I preferred to go for further studies, but my batchmates got placed in good environmental industries because of the Degree.

Placements are very good. Placement criteria is based on cgpa and student behaviour. Good cgpa and no back allowed you to sit in placement. Highest package is 1.24 cr and average package is 4lpa. About 60% students get placed per year from campus. Tech Mahindra, TCS, wipro, Deloitte HCL etc companies visited fir placement.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course mainly because I wanted to pursue marketing for quite some time as I am extremely extroverted person. The faculty here are pretty well qualified atleast the ones who have taught me they really take interest in making everyone interact and share opinions

There are good placement and job opportunities are there in off campus placement because there are many sites whivh provide job and internships like inteshala and there are many other platforms to find the job and internships
