First of all, it's a locality. Second, it's a government institute so the tuition fee is very reasonable than other private colleges. The atmosphere of the college is very good. The admission process is very easy and there are a large number of subjects which you can choose by your preference. The college has also two shifts morning and evening.
I did my 12 in arts so I tried for the commerce stream but not get it so I went for a BA in arts with math and economics. The teachers are good and well-educated. Tuition fees are different for different subjects. For example, I and my friend have the the same course but he has one subject which is practical also so his fee is more than mine. For other courses, it might be higher and lower. The college also provides scholarships like postgraduate, national scholarships, post-matric scholarships, etc. and there is relief for school students as they get a scholarship.
Lohri fest on the occasion of Lohri. Other than that annual fest, mela where students can open their stall, youth festival, sport's day. Other than the main fest they also celebrated my things. The fest is full of fun and energy. The overall classrooms are good but the old building has some issues with old fans, the ventilation of class rooms is good. There is also a library. Where you can read, write, and study anytime. You can also rent the book from the Library and return it after use. There are two canteens on a college campus. Where you get snacks, meals, tea coffee, etc. The prices are very good. Other than that you also can go outside of college to eat without permission. There is no specific time to enter and exit. They also give you parking space. As for cars, I'm not sure about it. Girls hostel on the campus. There are different hostels for girls and boys. The warden is always at the gate. Boys are not allowed in girls' colleges.

The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.
Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc
College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys, tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year
Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.
The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement. There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
