Remarks :
This a government college and it is the best college in Ludhiana so that I choose this college for our Bca Course. You need to fill out the form and your rank needs to be under 40 to join the Bca here. And it's going approx. 96% from the 120%. Because they add 20% more for those who take computer in 12th.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The teaching method of this. Maybe 6 out of 10.because some lecturers are not good at those subjects. Scholarships are available but limited. And 35000 fees per year in BCA. And it's approx. 115000rs. for a full degree.
Internships Opportunities :
No, From our session no one was opted for an internship and no more opportunities here for that. Due to the covid-19, our last semester is from Home. As per my understanding, I think not going for an internship here.
Placement Experience :
No, chances for placement and opportunities here in our session. Maybe the big reason was COVID-19 at that time in the 2020 final year. But in our under college session maybe 2 or 3 companies come and advertise their company's.
Campus Life :
Campus life is so good. Social life is also good here. May be 2-3 grounds available here for cricket and other sports. And One Big library is also available here. One sports annual function in Feb and March.
Hostel Facilities :
No, I had nod opted for a hostel. But my friend had opted for a hostel. And the food quality is good and the hostel rent is approx. 6500 per month with 3-time food. In one room there may be 3-4 persons. I have only this knowledge about the hostel.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
