The good thing about college after b tech you will get a job. The placements in this college are really good. College life is also very chill and there are a lot of clubs to join for extracurricular. There are no 75% attendance criteria. The campus is too small. Also, the college authority is not organised. They will change the schedule at their convenience. No Discipline they have. To get the college one must write the JEE mains exam and then have to apply for JAC Delhi. There is no Interview and GD required for admission in the BTech course.
I have a keen interest in automation so I chose the course MAE. The faculty has good qualifications. All permanent faculty have a Ph.D. and good experience. Some faculty do not even take the classes some faculty take regular classes some do not even know what class looks like. The college follows its schedule for exams but the department is very bad. They will not tell you the schedule and suddenly they come and tell you from tomorrow you have to take a Practical Exam. The department is worst in smoothly conducting exams. The college will not provide any scholarships.
During summer breaks college itself provides a lot of courses for internship. Once I enrolled in one course it was very bad. The trainers are students only from the 4th year. So basically they make you fool. My recommendation is to do it from Internshala at least you will learn something.
The placements are really good in the college. for sure, you will get a job if you complete your btech in 4 years. for full-time ITC, GOOGLE, Microsoft, bajaj, tvs, tata motors, United Airlines and a lot of. The highest package is 16 LPA by LAM for MAE.
There is taarangana, Innerve, and Synergy these are the major fest conducted around February or March. In the library, there are a lot of books available. you can get almost all the authors. But the lady is very rude. There are no amenities in the classroom. Even the fans won't work properly. No washroom in the MAE building. A lot of social groups to join. but no groups are completely run by students. There are two hostels Kaveri & Krishna. Kaveri is very old & in very bad condition. krishna is new but they put 4 girls in 2 girls' rooms. The food menu is good but the quailty is bad. There are some good PGs in Kamla Nagar. The hostel charges are very high.
IGNOU offers limited direct campus placement opportunities, but the degree is widely recognized and helps improve employability. Students mainly secure jobs through off-campus applications, competitive exams, or by upgrading their skills. The flexible learning system allows learners to work, prepare for higher studies, or pursue professional certifications alongside their course. IGNOU also conducts periodic placement drives through its Campus Placement Cell.
The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.
The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.
Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog
PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.
The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
