- Infrastructure for sure. Other than that campus life is good and the air conditioners in hostels and classes.
- Faculty is also good apart from a few professors which cannot be named here.
Dislikes
- Recently I haleard that an extra subject has been added when there was enough burden on students.
- A bit too much pressure as classes go until 4:00 p.m.
Remarks :
The reason for choosing this college was that this college is amongst one of the top National law universities in India and a good college for law. As for the admission process admission is based on the rank you secured in the CLAT examination which is held every year. This college accepts students amongst the top 1000 rank. For preparation of the CLAT examination there are many coaching centres available across India
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course was well distributed and sorted into four modules per semester and a total of ten semesters in five years. The faculty is decent a few professors are really good and helpful. Exams are conducted twice a semester and two semesters per year.
Internships Opportunities :
There is an internship cell available which provides for internships in various places. I don't think any of them are internships with stipend although there may be a few that I am not aware of.
Placement Experience :
A few recruiters do visit the campus annually such as Singh and Associates, EY etc. A total number of offers might be around 20-25 though via Pre-placement offers many others also get placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total fees are around 2,40,000 it includes a message fee, hostel fee, tuition fee, wifi AC library etc. The scholarship is available for Reservation students with good grades. Although I graduated a few years ago the fees might have increased.
Campus Life :
A sports fest is conducted annually named Zelus and is quite popular amongst the law colleges. Sports culture is really good in college. All the facilities are there for football basketball volleyball cricket. As for the library, it's the best a college can have.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel fees is around 24000 per semester and comes with Air conditioner in every room. Hostel is sort of compulsory. Mess fee is also the same 24000 food is average mess food one can expect. Though even mess is Air conditioned.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
