Amity University Patna Admission Process

Admission at Amity University Patna is mainly based on merit and accepted entrance exam scores. Each course group has its own eligibility rule, exam route, and selection step.

1. For B.Tech admission, students must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and score at least 60 percent in aggregate. The university accepts JEE Main, CUET, and the Amity Joint Entrance Examination for Engineering (AJEE). Students with a valid JEE Main score can apply directly. Shortlisted students are then called for document verification and seat acceptance. CAT scores of 50 percentile and above are usually considered for the PI round at Amity Patna.
3. For BA LLB Hons and BBA LLB Hons, students must complete Class 12 with at least 45 percent aggregate marks. The accepted exams are CLAT, CUET, and the Amity Aptitude Test (AAT). CLAT scores are preferred for merit scholarships. Age rules set by the Bar Council of India also apply.
