Ans. To secure admission into the Ph.D. Electronics and Communications Engineering at LPU Pass with 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC in the Master's Degree* (2 year or 4 semester Master’s Degree after a 3 year Bachelor’s Degree #) or equivalent in the relevant subject to qualifying LPUNEST *and Interview .
# Candidate who has completed 1-year/2-semester master's degree* programme with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree is also eligible.
* in M.Tech. or M.E. or MS (with Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or Wireless Communication or Communication Systems or VLSI Design or Embedded Systems or Robotics & Automation) or equivalent.
Or A candidate who has completed 4-years/8-semesters bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 75% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC is also eligible subject to qualifying LPUNEST *and Interview .
NOTE: If an institute has conversion factor of 9.5 then CGPA of 7.5 will not result in 75% marks and hence such a candidate will not be eligible.
(A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC or ST or OBC (non-creamy layer) or Differently-Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.)

Ans. LPU Ph.D. Electronics and Communications Engineering fee is 3.27 Lakhs.
