Ans. To secure admission into the Ph.D Electronics And Communications Engineering at LPU Candidate must pass with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent grades prescribed by UGC in the master's degree* (2-year/4-semester master’s degree programme after a 3-year bachelor’s degree Programme#) or equivalent in the relevant subject + LPUNEST + Interview

# Candidate who has completed 1-year/2-semester master's degree* programme after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree is also eligible provided the candidate should have a minimum of 75% marks in 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree in aggregate or its equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed

A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.

* in M.Tech./M.E./MS (with Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/  Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Wireless Communication/ Communication Systems/ VLSI Design/ Embedded Systems/ Robotics & Automation) or equivalent.

Eligibility for International Applicants:
