Thapar University scholarship programs are eligible for all undergraduate and graduate students. They can apply for a variety of merit- and need-based scholarships from Thapar University. Thapar University AICTE scholarship\r\n\r\n

Scholarships for students with appropriate GATE scores will only be awarded if AICTE or another financial organization approves and releases the funds. The AICTE must approve the intake for this scholarship to be eligible.\r\n\r\n

  • Students who get a scholarship through AICTE or any other funding organisation as specified above and have a good GATE score are also eligible to receive a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 from TIET.\r\n\t
  • Scholars with a legitimate GATE grade who are not receiving money from AICTE or any other financial source will be presented with a scholarship of âÂÂÂÂ\u0082¹ 12,400 per month.\r\n\t
  • ME\/MTech students who did not pass the GATE would get a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 for ten months throughout the academic year.\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Thapar University Scholarship: For Master of Science Students\r\n\r\n

    Major Group Scholarships are based on merit and are available to Thapar University M.Sc. students. Three merit scholarships, worth half, quarter, and full tuition fees, respectively, will be given to M.Sc. students based on their course and year of study. Based on performance (CGPA achieved) in the first semester, the scholarship is going to be awarded in the second semester of the first year. Scholarships for the second year will be given out based on merit, or the first year's AGPA.\r\n\r\n

    • Eligibility: To be considered, students must have an AGPA of at least 8.00 and no outstanding debt from the previous year. Additionally, all of the courses taken by the students in the semester or semesters before the period of consideration had to be passed.\r\n\t
    • Value of Scholarship: The whole cost of tuition will be covered by any scholarships given in the second semester. The tuition price will be waived in half during the third semester. Additionally, an entire quarter of the total tuition will be waived in the fourth semester.\r\n\r\n\r\n
